Getting there by public transport

From Leiden Central Station and Hillegom Station, you can take a bus towards Noordwijkerhout. From the nearest bus stop, continue your journey on foot to the park.

For the most up-to-date route, departure times and any changes, we recommend planning your journey in advance using the 9292 public transport journey planner.

Important information during your stay

Despite our best efforts, it may happen that something requires extra attention during your stay. We kindly ask you to report any complaints or comments to reception immediately upon arrival. This allows us to take action quickly and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Parking at the park

All accommodations, with the exception of the Duinlodge, have 1 parking space. Additional cars can be parked in the general parking area.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The maximum permitted speed at the park is 10 km/h.
• Always follow the traffic signs on the premises.
• When loading or unloading your luggage, please park your car in your designated parking space and not on the road. This keeps the roads clear for other cars, pedestrians and cyclists.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome at the park.

We kindly ask you to inform reception in advance when you are expecting visitors.

Dogs

Pets are welcome at the park and in accommodations where pets are permitted.

A maximum of 2 pets per accommodation is allowed.

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while on the park. We ask you to walk your dog outside the park. Please be considerate of other guests and make sure your pet does not cause any disturbance.

Household waste

Please keep your accommodation and the park clean.

Household waste can be disposed of in the designated compactor container, located behind the main parking area.

Electric cars

It is not permitted to charge your electric car at your accommodation.

There are 2 parking spaces with charging facilities for electric cars in the main parking area.

To provide you with the best possible service, we ask you to report any faults, (technical) defects and/or cleaning complaints directly to reception.

Checking in at EuroParcs Parc du Soleil

At EuroParcs Parc du Soleil, you are very welcome to enjoy a relaxing stay on the Dutch coast. During reception opening hours, you can easily check in at the park's reception.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

We recommend checking your accommodation and its inventory immediately upon arrival to make sure everything is complete and undamaged. If anything is not in order regarding the inventory, cleaning or the accommodation itself, please report this to reception as soon as possible.

If any damage or a fault occurs during your stay, please report it to reception as soon as possible. This allows us to assist you quickly and helps ensure that your stay remains as pleasant as possible.

Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM at the latest.

No fireworks allowed

The use of fireworks is not permitted within our park. For many years, we have consciously chosen to maintain a completely firework-free New Year's celebration, allowing our guests, children and pets to enjoy peace and relaxation.

Due to changes in Dutch legislation, a ban on consumer fireworks will apply from New Year's Eve 2026/2027 onwards. Only Category F1 fireworks (such as sparklers and novelty fireworks) will remain permitted for private use. Professional fireworks displays may still take place where the required permits have been granted.

Please note that our firework-free policy applies only within the boundaries of the park. Outside the park, depending on local regulations and circumstances, professional fireworks displays may take place and permitted F1 fireworks may be used.

Important: No fireworks are permitted within the park, including Category F1 fireworks.

You can take your dog for a lovely walk in the dunes, where they are allowed to run free. Please be aware of cyclists and horses. There are rules for dogs on the beach at Noordwijk. You can read them on this website.

You will receive a code from the pool at check-in. This code grants you daily access to the pool. 

There are 4 supermarkets in Noordwijkerhout: Albert Hein, Lidl, Dirk and Vomar. These are 5 minutes away by car. However, walking is at least 30 to 40 minutes from the holiday park.
